Armando Studio provides a broad range of digital services, including but not limited to:
- Web development and web applications tailored to client specifications.
- Custom web design and UI/UX solutions.
- Cinematic content creation for GTA and other gaming platforms.
- FiveM and RAGE:MP server development and scripting.
- Custom user interface design for FiveM/RAGE:MP clients.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our Services at any time, without prior notice. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted availability, certain services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
All Services are provided for lawful purposes only. Customers may not use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or harms Armando Studio's systems or reputation.
As a Customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information and requirements for your project.
- Respond promptly to requests for approvals, assets, or feedback.
- Ensure that all materials provided, including images, logos, scripts, or other content, are owned by you or licensed for your use.
- Respect all deadlines and communication timelines agreed upon with Armando Studio.
- Maintain security and confidentiality for any accounts or credentials provided for project collaboration.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may delay project timelines or impact the quality of deliverables, for which Armando Studio cannot be held liable.
All fees are quoted in EUR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule outlined in the invoice or project proposal.
- Partial payments may be required for milestone-based projects; work will only proceed once payments for prior milestones are received.
- Late payments may incur additional fees, including interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, and may result in suspension of Services until payment is received.
Customers are responsible for all banking fees, taxes, and other charges associated with payment. Armando Studio reserves the right to require prepayment or deposits for new or high-value projects.
Each project includes a defined number of revisions, as specified in the project agreement or order form.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges, which will be communicated prior to implementation.
- Significant changes to the project scope, including new functionality, additional pages, or altered cinematic sequences, may require a separate agreement and additional fees.
- Armando Studio reserves the right to refuse changes that are technically infeasible, unlawful, or that violate third-party rights.
Customers are encouraged to provide detailed feedback and approvals promptly to avoid project delays.
All intellectual property rights for materials created by Armando Studio remain with us until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the Customer is granted rights to the final deliverables as defined in the project agreement.
- Armando Studio retains the right to display work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
- Any third-party assets or libraries included in the project remain under their original licenses, and customers must comply with those terms.
- Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of Armando Studio's proprietary work prior to payment is strictly prohibited.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the project.
- Confidential information includes project specifications, business plans, design concepts, source files, and any information explicitly marked as confidential.
- Confidential information may only be shared with personnel or contractors who are bound by confidentiality obligations and need the information to fulfill project responsibilities.
- These confidentiality obligations survive termination or completion of the project and remain in effect indefinitely.
Armando Studio strives to provide high-quality services and deliverables but makes no guarantees regarding error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible performance.
- Armando Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruptions.
- Customers are responsible for creating backups of all project files and content.
- Liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project or service.
- Armando Studio does not warrant results, business outcomes, or success metrics associated with project deliverables.
Either party may terminate the project in writing.
- Customers are responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
- Upon termination, Armando Studio retains all rights to work completed prior to termination until full payment is received.
- Termination does not release either party from obligations such as confidentiality, payment of completed work, or compliance with intellectual property provisions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Austrian courts.
- Customers agree to resolve disputes in accordance with applicable Austrian law, and the invalidity of any provision under law does not affect the validity of other provisions.
Armando Studio may update these Terms at any time.
- Updated versions will always be posted on the website.
- Customers are encouraged to review Terms regularly. Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Significant changes will be communicated to customers via email or project portals when possible.
